Julie Clausen

Julie grew up in Richmond, BC but has chosen to make the Foothills area her home. In 2012, after taking an Equine Emergency First Aid course, she decided to make a career change and develop her passion in animal medicine. Julie graduated from Robertson College in 2012 with a diploma in the Veterinary Office Assistant program. She comes to us from a clinic in Calgary, with several years of experience as a technician assistant/receptionist in small animal medicine. You may see Julie out in the Foothills community, as she volunteers with Foothills Search and Rescue. In her spare time, Julie enjoys hiking, horseback riding and singing with the Foothills Philharmonic Chorus and Jazz choirs.
