Sylvia Lytle

Sylvia was born and raised in Calgary but had wanted to move to Okotoks for many years, so in February 2019 she happily relocated. Sylvia grew up with dogs, cats, reptiles, and horses, and has always loved working with animals. Some of her favorite past jobs include working at a dude ranch, grooming salon, and as a dog walker. She found her calling in 2008 and has been working in various roles in the veterinary industry ever since. Sylvia also has a strong interest and education in animal behavior and training, she loves to train dogs in her time outside of the clinic. Her 2 fur children are Spur and Wiley, and they enjoy hiking and camping as a family. In her spare time Sylvia also loves to read, karaoke, cook, go to concerts, and throw axes competitively in a league. Sylvia joined the Big Rock team in August of 2020. She adores the clinic environment, her coworkers the clients, and most especially – Maynerd.
